The news reveals that Xianfeng Holdings and Haixi Prefecture of Qinghai have reached a deep cooperation agreement. Next, the two sides will jointly promote the project filing, land approval, environmental impact assessment, safety assessment and other pre-formalities to speed up the project to put into production. It is understood that Haixi is an important industrial base and main battlefield of resource development in the province because of its vast territory, rich resources, abundant resources such as salt lakes, oil and gas, coal and non-ferrous metals, good industrial foundation and outstanding location and transportation advantages.
